Ingredients: Pork

Instructions:
•    Defrost your gammon
•    Preheat oven to 160°C
•    Remove packaging, score the fat, and place in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. As the fat begins to brown, generously brush with glaze every 10 minutes until sweet and sticky perfection is achieved.
•    Allow to rest for 30 minutes, then carve and enjoy!

Festive Serving Tip: Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, slices of roasted pineapple, or a scattering of pomegranate seeds for a colorful, celebratory presentation.
