Refund Policy for KuierKos

At KuierKos, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This refund policy outlines the procedures for requesting and processing refunds.

 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered for products that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Not as described on our website

If you have received a product that falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a refund request.

 Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to shop@kuierkos.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue with the product
  3. Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product
  4. Your full name and contact information

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the refund process.

If your refund request is approved, we will refund the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return of Products

In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged, wrong or defective product to us. If this is the case, our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

This refund policy does not apply to products that

  1. Have been damaged due to normal wear and tear during delivery.
  2. The wrong delivery address provided on the order form
  3. Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is found that the product was not damaged or defective upon arrival.
