Serving size: Two lamb shanks in loads of gravy sauce.
Ingredients: Lamb shanks, red wine, onion, garlic, herbs & spices.
1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.
2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
3. Remove from plastic packaging, cover with foil and place the dish in the center of the oven.
4. Cook for 40 minutes or until heated through...and enjoy!
