Bredie is the Malay word for stew and is made with lamb meat, a unique blend of spices and finished off with baby potatoes. Comforting, lightly spiced and wholesome. Eat within 2 days of defrosting.

Serving size: 500g (two hearty appetites).

Ingredients: lamb, potato, onion, Rajah curry spice.


1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.

2. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.

4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!
