This is a nutritious and delicious, naturally vegan curry is packed with flavour and is fantastic to pull out of the freezer when you dont have the time or energy to cook. Best served with basmati rice and fresh coriander.
Serving size: 500g (two hearty appetites).
Ingredients: Chickpeas, lentils, beans, tomato, coconut, onion, garlic herbs & spices.
1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.
2. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.
3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.
4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!
