Cheese Griller Sausage is an all time braai favourite especially because of the delicious oozing cheese and smokey pork flavour. Our cheese griller sausage is made from a blend of pork, beef, cheddar cheese and aromatic herbs and spices.
This sausage is perfect as a snack for a borrel, or as the pre braai happie!
Ingredients: Beef, pork, cheddar cheese and a mixture of spices and flavouring.
Instructions:
1. Use a low to medium heat when you cook your cheese griller, as this cooks it evenly inside and out.
2. Be sure to turn frequently.
