A chicken curry with a fusion of traditional South African flavours. Eat within 1 day of defrosting.

Serving size: 500g (two hearty appetites).

Ingredients: chicken, onion, garlic, coconut, ginger, curry spice.


1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.

2. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.

4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!
