A South African favourite! Milk Tart, or as the Afrikaners call it Melktert, is a rich creamy tart. A little reminiscent of custard pie but more delicate, with a lighter texture. It is made with a sweet crust and sprinkled with cinnamon. Enjoyed with every occasion.
