Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, the grapes are carefully selected from vineyards at different altitudes across the Babylonstoren farm, where distinct microclimates bring complexity and freshness to the final wine.
Expect crisp fruit, lively freshness and an exceptionally fine mousse, followed by a clean, elegant finish. Extended maturation gives Sprankel its depth and refinement while preserving the vibrant character that makes it so enjoyable.
