🍂 KuierKos Familie Nuusbrief – Autumn School Holidays 🍂

Dear Friends,

There's just something magical about the autumn school holidays. The colours change, the air feels softer, and suddenly you find yourself craving hot chocolate, spice cookies, and a good movie under a blanket with the kids.

Well... that used to be the picture in our house. These days, everyone has their own genre — and apparently, nobody likes Hallmark movies anymore. So it'll just be me and Coco holding down the fort in the living room!

As for the kids... I'll probably only see them when they're hungry.
Paul will be the first to appear — thank heavens for Little Explorers Mac & Cheese, because that's the one thing that gets him out of the gate. What follows is usually a quick trip to KuierKos, just to "check if the ladies in the kitchen are okay". (Right, Paultjie? Mammie knows Tannie Van will warm up a pie for you!)

I'm truly thankful for my village, because it keeps this mamma sane — and keeps a growing teenage boy full!

Anne, of course, is off on her own mission, doing her thing. And Andreas? He's more of a soup man — our Pear & Parsnip, Creamy Potato, Leek & Biltong Soup or the Butternut & Sage are his go-to favourites when the days get chilly.
