A whole boneless pork neck, with a generous layer of wholegrain mustard, topped with steaky smokey bacon, slow cooked on a bed of fennel and onion! This is a fantastic option for the Christmas table and only needs to be thawed and heated!
Ingredients: Pork neck, mustard, bacon, fennel bulb, onion and a combination of spices and flavourings.
1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.
2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
3. Remove from plastic packaging, cover with foil and place the dish in the center of the oven.
4. Cook for 50 minutes or until heated through...and enjoy!
