Produced with Sauvignon grapes from the Walker Bay wine region in the Western Cape. The terroir offers an altitude of 300 metres above sea level and cool sea breezes which contribute to the well structured character of this wine.
Pale straw in colour, with flashes of green, this Sauvignon Blanc has alluring aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry, guava, citrus and pear. On the palate good acidity driven by the presence of pineapple and tropical fruit with subtle grassy elements and minerality to finish.
This wine can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to a number of dishes.
Creation Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with: seafood, white meat and braai/bbq dishes and goats cheese. Serve well chilled.
