Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from several sites across the Western Cape. Each site contributes a different flavour profile to the final blend. This is an easy-drinking yet perfectly balanced Sauvignon Blanc.
This gorgeous Sauvignon Blanc has a slight green tinge to its pale lemon colour. The nose is an opulent burst of fruit with abundant peach, passionfruit, pear and litchi. The palate is lively and well balanced with good acidity, flavours of melon, tropical fruit, and gooseberry with a creamy richness and minerality that lingers.
This wine can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to several dishes.
