Malva pudding is a typical dessert from the South Africa's Western Cape. It is a sweet cake that is soaked in a delicious caramel sauce, usually served warm with custard or ice-cream. This dessert is frozen. Enjoy within 2 days of defrosting.

Ingredients: flour, apricot jam, butter, eggs, sugar, cream, bicarbonate of soda.

Instructions:

1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.

2. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.

4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!

Allergens: gluten, egg, dairy and made in a facility that uses nuts.
